The TL;DR

We only collect what you give us (name, email, business details when you book a consultation). We use it to reply to you, build your project, and run our business. We don't sell your data. Ever.

1. Who we are

Domino Digital Marketing is a digital marketing studio based in Florida, owned and operated by Dominic Calleiro and Devin Modia. We design websites, run ad campaigns, and provide related services to clients in Gainesville, Tallahassee, and across the United States.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly

When you book a consultation through Calendly or email us, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your company or business name
  • Your phone number (if you provide one)
  • Details about the project you want help with
  • Your preferred way for us to contact you

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we (or our hosting and analytics providers) may collect:

  • Your IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, device type, and screen size
  • Pages you visited and how long you stayed
  • How you got to our site (referral source)

We use this to understand which parts of the site work, fix problems, and improve the experience. It's never tied to you personally without your consent.

3. What we do with it

We use your information to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and schedule consultations
  • Build, deliver, and support the services you hire us for
  • Send invoices and project updates
  • Improve our website and services
  • Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Period.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted third parties who help us run the business:

  • Vercel: hosts our website
  • Calendly: handles consultation booking
  • Google Analytics: helps us understand site usage
  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: powers the chat widget on this site
  • Email and payment providers: to communicate with you and process payments

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We only share what's necessary for them to do their job.

We may also disclose information if legally required (court order, subpoena), or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

5. Cookies

Our site uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) to make the site work properly and understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide services and meet legal obligations. Inquiries that don't become projects: typically 1 year. Active and former client records: as long as our business relationship lasts plus 7 years, to comply with tax and accounting rules.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Ask what data we have about you
  • Correct: Fix anything inaccurate
  • Delete: Ask us to remove your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out: Unsubscribe from any marketing communications anytime
  • Request a copy: Get a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: SSL encryption on the site, secure form processing, and limited access to data. No system is 100% secure, but we take this seriously.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a revised “last updated” date. If changes are significant, we'll notify clients directly.
